

Every client begins with a thorough intake to understand what's going on and build the right plan from the start. For OCD, this includes the Y-BOCS to assess symptoms severity. For other concerns, intake includes a comprehensice biopsychosocial assessment to understand your history and current life context.

Individualized Therapy
For parents of clients in individual therapy, coaching sessions alongside your child's treatment to help you respond supportively, reduce accommodation of anxiety and OCD symptoms, and reinforce the skills being built-in session. This is offered alongside individual therapy rather than as separate family therapy.
